Easy system setting

Simple and intuitive interface provides everything necessary for the
operation of cloudiumbox . By filling blanks of setting values, you can
easily set the system, with necessary status and statistics already set as a
menu. Just by choosing a menu, monitoring begins. If you need a bit
more detailed setting, you just need to add the basic value as reference!
No education is required.

Easy and flexible setting of centralized
data management policy

Centralized data management policy is the core function of cloudiumbox that
controls internal creation and carry out of major outputs. General, centralized,
leakage prohibition policy may be applied identically companywide, or can be
administered by just several clicks according to work by department and user.
Whether to allow/disallow clipboard, screen capture, printing, etc. of
document can be easily selected and applied by policy.

Convenient management
of department & user

Register your company’s organizational chart in cloudiumbox . If the size is not so big, use registration button to manually add departments and users. If you have many employees, use Excel import to register an organizational chart at once for management. Just by several clicks, you can consolidate users of departments with different rights into a single project group.

System and user activity

You can manage all users and documents from a single access point.
Diverse management functions are provided for systemic monitoring of
cloudiumbox such as document registration, view status, accessor status, etc.
Moreover, history management enables you to accurately and easily trace how
documents are shared inside and outside the company. Just choose search target,
performer, period by event type and click 'view' button. Then, you can check who,
when and what kind of activity was conducted at a glance.

Monitoring cloud storage

Upon running centralized data management policy, all documents created by employees
are stored in cloudiumbox server storage. As all company documents are gathered in a
single server, the administrator must regularly monitor cloudiumbox server storage to
check whether capacity is insufficient. From system management, you can check the
usage amount of cloudiumbox server storage in real time or you can set it so mail
notification is given in case designated capacity is exceeded.
cloudiumbox installation status can be confirmed by department and user and
cloudiumbox can be deleted from the PC of a staff in charge of work who does not use
Centralized data management due to the nature of their work. All these functions are
available to only users with system administrator function.
